Our customer is a leading worldwide manufacturer of sportswear, shoes and accessories, known for their innovative approach towards technology in the sports industry. The company runs a network of physical stores across Europe, where efficiency in retail operations is crucial to the brand’s success.

In order to improve the work processes in their stores and to provide better customer service, a modern, reliable and integrated Apple-based solution was developed for the company.

Execution

The iPhones, connected to leading brand barcode scanners are used to scan inventory directly from the stands in the sales areas and to wirelessly transmit the collected data instead of employees inputting it manually. Another application of the devices is as mobile Point-of-Sale in the stores to prevent forming of queues ate the registers

iPads are fully functional replacement of the POS systems and are used to manage sales, connected to a payment terminal and a fiscal or POS printer.

iPad mini, mounted in the dressing rooms allow the customers to make a direct online order if a certain colour or size is currently unavailable at the store.

Thanks to the centralized deliveries by IBS, all customer’s stores are equipped with identical technology solutions, ensuring flawless workflow, compatibility and consistent customer experience.
